Blanket progress

More hexagons waiting to be joined. This blanket may take a while but I'm enjoying the process. I'm using Debbie Bliss cashmerino DK which is gorgeous to work with. Sadly, they appear to have discontinued lots of shades, including some of the ones I'm using. Fingers crossed I've got enough to finish it! The pattern I'm using is 'Rita' by The Natural Dye Studio .

  1. What a lovely blanket! I have tried to make a blanket like this using a tweeling technique but have been having some difficulty!

    1. I can recommend Janet's owl's as an easier option. No tweeling involved!

  2. A beautiful blanket, I hope you have enough yarn to finish it. Congratulations on your blog. I'm a colleague of Sian and she has heard all about how I have taught myself to crochet and knit via YouTube videos over the last 8 months. Hopefully you can inspire me to make different things...I'm most proud of my frog slippers for a newborn! keep blogging and posting great photos. j x

    1. Thank you for your comment! Good luck with your crochet - it's certainly addictive. Sian refuses to believe me but between the two of us we might just convince her!!
